Through my personal experiences, I know exactly how the stories we tell ourselves impact our ability to be present and focused on what is happening right now. Understanding the nature of our mind and cultivating the ability to accept what “is,” and to sit with, or accept, our emotions on a daily basis, will shape the quality of our reality. Trauma and negative thinking can manifest within our bodies. My approach is a pathway which guides you to the root of the issue, in order to release it. The releasing of the issue is how we clear the blockages that prevent us from connecting with our true selves. Having struggled with anxiety for the majority of my life, I gained valuable experience that helped teach me to overcome it. Under the advice of spiritual gurus and teachers, I thoroughly explore that journey of overcoming anxiety in “Chasing The Present,” an award-winning documentary focused on mental health and the crippling effects of anxiety.
My approach to coaching is rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and Jungian techniques. I utilize my own struggles and experiences with mental health, paired with an education in psychology, as well as mindfulness courses spanning various countries. The unique tools I provide will help you reach your potential and achieve a long-lasting sense of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally.
